Yes! We love working with masters athletes who have a big goals and genuine passions for rowing. Whether you're chasing a PB, preparing for a regatta, or refining your technical skills, we'll help you build a plan that fits your ambitions and keeps your training purposeful and rewarding.

We'll start by chatting about your goals, fitness and lifestyle so I can create a tailored program that really fits you. You'll share video footage, training and racing data and updates online, and we'll go over everything together during your regular check-ins.

You don't have to stick to a set plan. We can absolutely create a bespoke program that suits your goals, experience and schedule. Every athlete's journey is different, so your plan will be built around what you need most.

Yes! We can help you plan and prepare specifically for selection trials or erg testing. We'll focus on building consistency, pacing and confidence so you know exactly how to perform when it counts. I'll also help you understand what selectors are looking for and how to bring your best to every test.

Yes, absolutely! You can keep rowing for your club while working with us. We'll design your program to compliment your club training and goals, and we'll happily work alongside your club coach to make sure everything aligns and supports your progress.

Yes! We work with athletes from around the world. We communicate online, so wherever you are, I can help design your training, review your technique ans support your goals with regular checkins.

Yes! We're based in Adelaide, so if you're nearby, we can meet for on-water or erg sessions in person. From time to time, I also run camps or attend major regattas to support athletes, giving you the chance to train, get feedback and connect face-to-face.

Yes! We work with coxes to develop their steering, race strategy and leadership skills. Our focus is on helping you lead your crew with confidence, make smart decisions on the water and get the most out of every race.
